Cancellation & Refund Policy

Merchant business’ return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an “Accept” or “Agree” for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Emisun Solar Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order and same will attract a cancellation fee of 6% of transaction value towards the processing charges.,
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the immediate delivery category items like, LED luminaries, Lanterns, Reading lamps etc.
  • No cancellations are entertained for special occasion offers/schemes bookings.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service Team.
  • This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case of complaints regarding products please report to M/s. Emisun Solar Pvt. Ltd. with warranty details.

Refund Policy

There is no refund after dispatch and installation. Any service complaints with in warranty period will be attended and resolved by the company within a reasonable time.
